Taotjo – Recipe Plucker

Taotjo

Ingredients

    • 300 gram speklapjes met zwoerd
    • 1 ui
    • Knoflook
    • Trassi
    • Groene Lombok
    • 1 stengel sereh
    • 3 eetlepels azijn
    • 1 eetlepel suiker
    • 1/2 blikje taotjo bonen
    • 3 of 4 harde tomaten

Instructions

    • Speklapjes in repen snijden, niet te dun
    • Bakken in zonnebloemolie opletten dat het niet gaat koken. Doorroeren tot het vocht weg is en het vlees bruin.
    • Uien en knflook erbij. Bakken tot het zoet is.
    • Trassi erbij. Even doorbakken.
    • Lombok in stukken snijden en erbij. Ca 2 minuten meebakken.
    • 1/2 blik taotje bonen erbij doen.
    • Stengel sereh opknopen en platleggen zodat smaak loskomt. Erbij doen.
    • Azijn en suiker erbij en laten sudderen.
    • Gaar laten worden. Daarna grof gesneden tomaat erbij doen. Even laten koken.niet te lang, voorkom papvorming.
