Sambal taotjo – sambal van sojabonen

Ingredients

    • 100 gr taotjo
    • 50 gram udan kering (gedroogde garnalen)
    • 4 sjalotten
    • 3 teentjes knoflook
    • 3 rode lomboks
    • 1 tl trassie
    • 1 tl asem
    • 2 salamblaadjes
    • 2 cm laos
    • 1 eetl olie
    • 2 tl gula jawa
    • water

Instructions

    • Snijd de sjalotten en de knofllok fijn en kneus de udang kering.
    • Verwijder de zaadlijsten van de lomboks.
    • Verhit de olie in een wok/wadjan en fruit hierin de knoflook, de sjalotten, de lomboks, de trassie, de asem, de salamblaadjes en de laos.
    • Voeg dan de garnalen toe en met alles goed door elkaar. Voeg dan wat water toe en vervolgens de taotjo en de gula jawa.
    • Bak dit onder voortdurend roeren voor 4 minuten. Eventueel een klein beetje water toevoegen
