Sambal Goreng Kentang – Recipe Plucker

Sambal Goreng Kentang

Ingredients

    • 1 el zonnebloemolie
    • 1 (rode) ui
    • 2 teentjes knoflook
    • 1 el sambal oelek
    • 1 el loas
    • 1 el trassie garnalenpasta
    • 1 el bruine basterdsuiker
    • 200 gram naturel goreng kentang
    • ketjap manis naar smaak (2 eetlepels)

Instructions

    • Snipper de ui zeer klein. Fruit deze met geperste knoflook in de zonnebloemolie op middenhoog vuur.
    • Voeg na een paar minuten de sambal, laos, garnalenpasta, basterdsuiker toe en bak dit kort mee.
    • Haal de pan van het vuur en roer de frietjes er doorheen. Of stop in een grote doos en gooi het om. Voeg nu de ketjap manis toe door het in lange slierten er over te verdelen en daarna weer door te roeren.
